# Governance - coming soon.

$NVL will be uitilized for voting into Nuvola's future proposals, market expansions, distributions and other business activities. Holders will be able to put forth certain proposals that they would like to see implemented, and once the community shows interest this will be put up for an on-chain vote.

This will not be structured as a DAO but rather to give the community a platform to voice their interests & opinions.

Voting weight will be based on a wallet's $NVL holdings. 1 $NVL = 1 Vote.\
Governance & voting will be integrated into the Nuvola dashboard.
